License to use the app
Access is permitted for managing domains you control and evaluating public evidence. No right to copy proprietary artwork, source code or branding is granted.
Subscriptions, pricing and billing
Free accounts currently include one website. Pro pricing is shown before checkout. Subscription purchases, renewals and cancellation are handled through the configured payment provider. Founder accounts are assigned privately and are not available through registration.
Your content and recordings
You retain rights in content you supply and permit its storage and display for the features you request. Do not supply private information about other people or content you lack rights to publish. The app does not currently record audio or video.
Third-party services
External hosting, payment, email and AI services have their own terms. A provider's certifications do not certify this application.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass ownership checks, scan private networks, impersonate owners, coordinate fraudulent ratings, threaten users, publish unlawful material or attempt unauthorized access.
Evidence and disclaimers
TrustCertia verifies only items marked Verified, at the time shown. It is not an audit and does not certify compliance with any law or standard.
Moderation and termination
Evidence-backed challenges have a manual review target of 24–48 hours. An administrator can require seven-day remediation, suspend or revoke a record with a reason, or moderate a review. Appeals can be submitted through the report form.
Legal terms requiring review
Liability limits, indemnification, consumer rights, governing law, arbitration and state-specific provisions require jurisdiction-specific drafting. No draft clause removes non-waivable statutory rights.
